1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence, to make a purchase on the Site.
2. Products
We sell hip-hop style jewelry, including chains, pendants, bracelets, earrings, rings, and custom/engraved pieces. We make every effort to display product colors, sizes, and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display exactly reflects the physical product. Slight variations in color, plating tone, and stone placement are normal and are not defects.
3. Custom & Personalized Items
For custom pieces (such as name pendants or engraved items):
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the spelling, characters, and design details you submit. Items produced exactly as you submitted them are not considered defective.
- You confirm that any name, logo, or design you submit does not infringe any third party's trademark, copyright, or other rights, and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from designs you provide.
- Custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or differ from your approved specification. (See Section 7.)
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
- We accept major debit/credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout, including Buy Now, Pay Later options where available. BNPL services are provided by third parties under their own terms.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, change prices, and modify or end promotions at any time. If a product's correct price is materially higher than the listed price due to an obvious error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
- Discount codes (such as promotional or Buy-One-Get-One offers) cannot be combined with other codes unless explicitly stated, apply only during their stated promotional period, and have no cash value.
5. Orders
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders flagged for suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or stock unavailability. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a full refund.
- You are responsible for providing a correct, complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by you.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.

- Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and on our Shipping & Delivery page. These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays can occur.

International orders (Canada, UK, EU): you are the importer of record and are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes (including VAT), and brokerage fees charged by your country, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the item to the shipping address you provided. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you cannot locate the package, contact us within 7 days and we will assist with a carrier investigation.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds (30-Day Policy)
- You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once opened unless defective.

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
8. Lifetime Warranty
We offer a lifetime warranty on our jewelry covering manufacturing defects, such as broken clasps, faulty links, or stones falling out under normal wear.
The warranty does not cover: loss or theft; damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper storage; normal wear of plating over time caused by exposure to water, perspiration, perfumes, or chemicals; or modifications made by third parties.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including logos, product photos, text, graphics, and design — is our property or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written consent. Third-party names or marks appearing in customer-submitted custom designs belong to their respective owners.
10. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to scrape or harvest data, to transmit malware, or to place fraudulent orders.
11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your purchase or use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumer protection laws in your country of residence (including in the UK, EU, and Canada) grant you that cannot be waived by contract.
