At Rapper Chain, we want you to step out with absolute confidence. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your drip, we proudly offer a hassle-free 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy.
You have 30 days from the confirmed delivery date of your item to request a return or structural exchange.
Crucial: Order Production & Cancellations
To maintain industry-leading delivery speeds, our fulfillment workflow is automated:
- All items are sent into production exactly 12 hours after we receive your payment.
- Cancellations or modifications made within the initial 12-hour window are 100% free with full refunds.
- Cancellations requested after 12 hours are subject to a 20% material processing fee, as gold bonding and base forging lines have already begun.
- Custom/Personalized Jewelry (e.g., custom nameplates, photo pendants, custom engravings) cannot be canceled, changed, or returned once the 12-hour production window closes.
Return & Exchange Rules
To qualify for an authorized refund or exchange, your items must strictly meet the following criteria:
- Prior Authorization Required: Items shipped back to us without a Customer Service authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be rejected.
- Original Condition: Items must be completely unworn, scratch-free, unaltered, and still have the original tags and presentation packaging boxes intact.
- Shipping Fees: Original standard or express shipping costs incurred by Rapper Chain to deliver your item are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for return trackable shipping costs.
- Promotional Freebies: If your purchase included a promotional item or free gift, it must be returned alongside your main item. Otherwise, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your final credit.
Defective or Wrong Items Received
If your chain arrives damaged, mechanically defective, or contains an incorrect variant error, please contact our support desk at support@rapperchain.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will instantly dispatch a replacement item at zero additional cost to you.
How to Process Your Return
- Step 1: Email support@rapperchain.com with your Order Number and photos of the item's condition.
- Step 2: Once approved, we will email you the official returns warehouse address and RMA instructions.
- Step 3: Pack the item securely and ship it via your local post office using a trackable courier method.
- Step 4: Once our facility inspects the parcel, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
