Every Rapper Chains order is crafted with care. Here's everything you need to know before your chain arrives.

Delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Order processing
Most products are custom-made to order. Orders ship within 3–7 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding major U.S. holidays). Your shipping window starts once the carrier receives your package.

Example: Express shipping (5–9 days) + 5 days processing = about 10–14 days total from order date.
Shipping fees
Refunded if
- A confirmed error was made by RapperChains.com
- Package confirmed lost in transit after carrier review
Not refunded for
- Carrier delays beyond our control
- Address errors entered at checkout
- Return-to-sender situations outside our control
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
If a package is returned to us, shipping fees will not be refunded.
Track your order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or missing package?
- Check with neighbors and building management first.
- Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early.
- Contact us at help@rapperchain.comwith your order number. We will open a carrier claim on your behalf.
Once a carrier claim is approved, we will arrange a reshipment.
Holiday orders
During November–December, processing and shipping may take longer. Order early and choose express shipping if you need delivery before Christmas.
